LIVIA STACHIW Obituary September 17, 1962 ~ October 21, 2023 STACHIW, Livia Clara, "Liv" (Menei), age 61, was born in Port Arthur on September 17, 1962 and died peacefully in the McCausland Hospital in Terrace Bay, Ontario after a courageous battle with cancer. Livia was a beautiful and loving wife, mother, nona, sister and aunt. She enjoyed spending time with the love of her life Terry. Her children and grandchildren were her world. Livia was also champion pool player in her younger years. She will be deeply missed by her husband Terry Stachiw, children Tina and Joey Gamache, grandchildren Jazmin, Hailey, Liam, Logan and Lauryn, her four brothers and three sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her parents Maria DiPasquale and Gabriel Menei, granddaughter Mila Gamache and brother-in-law Art Stachiw. A thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Cancer Clinic and McCausland Hospital. Special thank you to Dr. Chan, and Dr. Ramchandar for their support throughout her journey. Funeral Services have already taken place in Terrace Bay. Should friends and family so desire donations made in memory of Livia Clara Stachiw to Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
