Died:
- On July 21, 2026, Gregroy Thomas Gamache went home to be with his Lord and Savior in heaven, peacefully surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Originally of Marquette, Michigan, Greg was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Saginaw, Michigan, and proudly called several Michigan towns home throughout his life.
Greg was a man of deep, unwavering Christian faith whose relationship with Jesus anchored his life. A passionate and versatile talent, he filled his life with the things he loved?most of all, his family, his faith, music, and cooking. An avid musician, he shared his love for music playing the guitar and mandolin on church worship teams, as well as performing in bands like the Bean Town Valley Ramblers, Whiskey River, and others. Greg was a fantastic cook, known for taking home trophies in local chili competitions. When he wasn't playing music, cooking, or spending time with family, you could almost always find him cheering enthusiastically on game day as a devoted football fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Grace Gamache; his sister, Katherine ?Kay? Hull; and his brother, Clifford ?Kip? Gamache.
Greg is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Caroline; his siblings, Robert Gamache (Diane), Tim Gamache (Marie), David Gamache (Debra), Renee Miller (Rick), and Mary Ruggles (Scott); his children, Dr. Jeremy Davis (Shawnae), Mandalynn Gamache-Henrich (Matthew), Reaiah Earvin, Aaron Davis, and Jacob Gamache; and his cherished grandchildren, Zoe, Easton, Micah, and Calla; as well as close family friends, Dennis and Melissa Griffin.
The family extends their deepest gratitude and appreciation to the compassionate healthcare professionals at Transition Hospice and Medilodge of Frankenmuth for their dedicated care, support, and kindness.
There will be no celebration of life at this time.
