Robert W. "Bob" Gamache

Age: 68
Robert W. ?Bob? Gamache, 68, Lyons Township, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008, at Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.
He was born Oct. 22, 1939, in Exeter, N.H., the son of the late William and Odena (Gilbert) Gamache. He was a graduate of Bishop Bradley High School in Manchester, N.H. in 1957 and then from New Hampshire Technical Institute with a bachelor?s degree in engineering. He had served with the U.S. Air Force prior to the Vietnam era.
On June 15, 1963, in Bristol, N.H., he married the former Beverly Bryson. He had been employed at Albert Trostel Packings for many years retiring as the president of the corporation. He was a member of the Lyons American Legion Post, a member of the Rubber Manufacturers Association, a member of the Executive Committee of Wisconsin TEC group 25 and a member of Wings Over Wisconsin.
Bob is survived by Beverly, his wife of 44 years; three children, Charles (Brenda) Gamache, Lake Geneva, Stephen (Mary) Gamache, Richmond, Va., and Catherine (Nicholas) Parisi, Twin Lakes; four grandchildren, Benjamin Gamache, Katelyn Gamache, Ella Parisi and Sophia Parisi; and a step-granddaughter, Jessica Clapper.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Father Terry Huebner officiating. Burial will follow in Hudson Cemetery in Lyons Township. Visitation Wednesday, Jan. 30, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Home, 800 Park Drive, Lake Geneva. Memorials may be made to the Lakeland Animal Shelter.
