  [S5] Obituary. Providence Journal (RI) - Sunday, December 20, 1992 Deceased Name: Therese M. Gamache Therese M. Gamache, 66, of Birch Street died yesterday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Oliver Gamache. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (McDonough) Cyr. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. Besides her husband she leaves a son, Jerome Gamache of Fall River; a daughter, Mary E. Whalen, chief petty officer U.S. Naval Air-Siganella, Sicily; a brother, Joseph F. Cyr of Swansea, and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the O'Rourke Funeral Home, 571 Second St., with a funeral Mass at 10 at St. Patrick's Church, South Main Street. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
