ALICE GAMACHE OBITUARY
WILLIMANTIC
Alice T. (Moore) Gamache, 92, of Willimantic, wife of the late Roland Gamache, died Friday, February 17, 2023 at home. She was born in Willimantic, the daughter of the late Philip and Rose (Bernier) Moore. Alice was a graduate of Windham High School, class of 1948. She was a bookkeeper for the State of Connecticut and Akim Engineering for many years.
Alice enjoyed traveling, playing bingo, playing the slots and working in the yard. Alice is survived by two nephews, James Moore and his wife, Gail, and Gary Moore; niece, Jennifer Moore; godchildren, Gary Moore, Debra Baker, great niece, Angel and a great-great niece, Clara. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Moore, a great niece, Heather Moore Bernand and a
best friend and sister-in-law, Gladys Despres.
A special thank you to Juliana Addie for the loving care she gave Alice the past five years.

Alice's family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 46 Valley St., Willimantic, with burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
