Couture, Jacques 1936 - 2016 He left us peacefully at his Chauveau Hospital Center on November 29, 2016, at the age of 79 years and 11 months, passed away Mr. Jacques Couture, husband of the late Mrs. Simone Gamache, son of the late Mrs. Lucienne Beaulieu and the late Mr. Léo Couture. He lived in Quebec. According to his wishes, he will not be exposed. A religious service will be celebrated on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 2 p.m. at St-Charles-Borromée Church (corner of 1 st Avenue and Louis XIV Blvd., Quebec City (Qc) where the family will receive condolences from 1 p.m. The interment of the ashes will take place at the St-Eugène de L'Islet cemetery at a later date in complete privacy. He is survived by his sons: Michel (Lynda) and Stéphane, his daughter Nancy (Éric), his grandchildren : Chantal, Carolane, Roxanne, Alexandra, Noémie, Mikael and Frédérique, his great-grandchildren: Tyler. He also leaves to mourn his brothers: Yvan (Noëlla), Marcel (Hélène) and Mario (Denise); his sister: Yolande, as well as his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law from the Gamache family, as well as cousins, nephews, nieces and friends: especially his friends Fernand and Carol. The family would like to acknowledge and thank the entire palliative care team at Hôpital Chauveau for their excellent work and dedication to our father.
