  [S5] Obituary. Providence Journal (RI) - Monday, January 15, 1996 Deceased Name: Woonsocket LUCILLE R. GAMACHE LUCILLE R. GAMACHE, 73, of 271 Rockridge Drive died yesterday at home. She was the widow of Hector J. Gamache Sr. A lifelong Woonsocket resident, she was a daughter of the late Jules and Rose Pignolet. Mrs. Gamache leaves two sons, Hector J. "Butch" and Rene P. Gamache, both of Woonsocekt; a daughter, Denise R. Wolstenholme of St. Augustine, Fla.; two brothers, Jules Pignolet of Woonsocket and Normand Pignolet of Portland, Maine; five grandchildren and a great-grandson. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the L & D Memorial Funeral Home, 85 Rathbun St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Louis Church, Rathbun Street. Burial will be in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham, Mass.
