HEBRON, N.H./ESSEX ? Diane M. Bissonette, 90, passed away peacefully on Nov. 22, 2006, in the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, in Concord. She was born March 30, 1916, the daughter of Elphege and Yvonne (Chevalier) Gamache. Diane was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her family was a very important part of her life. She was an accomplished businesswoman and seamstress who enjoyed learning and traveling. She spent many enjoyable hours at her sewing machine. For many years she owned and operated the Dilly Wagon restaurant in South Burlington. Diane was predeceased by Kenneth J. Bissonette Sr., her husband of 52 years; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by 10 children and their partners: Kenneth and Catherine Bissonette of Ferrisburgh; John and Mary Bissonette of North Logan, Utah; James and Deeter Bissonette of Williston; Janet Bissonette of Burlington; Jane and Larry Stevens of West Bolton; Ronald and Karen Bissonette of Hebron, N.H.; Barbara and Steve Lewis of Essex; Beverly and Keith Poirier of Essex; Kathryn and John Saintcross of Delmar, N.Y.; Brian Bissonette and Pat Lamay of Essex Junction; by 23 grandchildren, Diane Bissonette, Trish McLaughlin, Patrick Gray, Nicole and Gabriel Bissonette, James and Colby Lippert, Trish and Jim Ra- cine, Sherry and Andrew Stevens, Kate and Amy Bissonette, Josh Baker, Angelina Krawczyk, Kristina LaTour, Jacob and Tyler Lewis, Travis Poirier, David, Michael and Cullen Saintcross, and Victoria Bissonette; by many great-grandchildren; and by her sisters, Gabrielle Hennigan of Virginia, Rachel Morneau and Marie Gamache, both of Connecticut; and brothers Joseph Gamache of St. Albans, and Robert Gamache of Virginia. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, in St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, Essex. Visiting hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at the Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Home, 85 N. Winooski Ave., Burlington. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Diane's memory to Essex Rescue, 1 Educational Drive, Essex Junction, VT 05452, or PemiBaker Home Health & Hospice Program, 258 Highland St., Plymouth, N.H. 03264, or to the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, P.O.
