  [S5] Obituary. GAMACHE, Jean-Yves 1945 - 2019  At the Hôpital Laval (IUCPQ), on June 27, 2019, at the age of 74, he passed away with his wife Mrs. Yolande Roy, Mr. Jean-Yves Gamache. He was the son of the late Mr. Gabriel Gamache and the late Mrs. Adrienne Maltais. He lived in Quebec. The family will receive condolences, in the presence of ashes, at the Funeral Cooperative of the Two Rives Funeral Center of the Plateau 693 Nérée-Tremblay Avenue, Quebec G1N 4R8 Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm. A liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at the show the same day at 4:00 pm. In addition to his wife, Mrs. Yolande Roy, he is survived by his sons: Sébastien Simard (Nadia Duval) and Jean-François (Anick Desbiens); his grandchildren: Laurie, Sammy, Élodie, Ély and Jean-Félix; the son of his wife Yvan Drouin; his brothers and sister: Bernard (Céline Poulin), the late Albert and Nicole; as well as his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
