  [S5] Obituary. Francoise Gamache 1952-2020 At the CHLSD du Fargy, on October 29, 2020, at the age of 68, passed away Dame Françoise Gamache. Born in St-Pamphile on June 10, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Antoine Gamache and the late Thérèse Leclerc. She lived in Quebec. Given the current circumstances, there will be no ceremony. Madame Gamache is survived by her sisters and her brother-in-law: Marie-Anne, Gaétane, Odile (Henri Saint-Amour), Suzanne; his nephews and nieces: Nathalie, Chantal and Robert Saint-Amour (Amy Lanthier), Marie-France Duval and Steve Lavoie (Claudia Labrecque) as well as their children. She was also the sister and sister-in-law of: Rachel (Jean-Guy Lavoie), Gisèle (Paul-Émile Avoine), Jacqueline (Lucien Duval), Gaétan, Bernard, Gervais, all deceased. The family would like to thank the medical teams of the CHSLD du Fargy and the CIUSS de la Capitale Nationale for the good care provided.
