At the CLSC-CHSLD of St-Jean-Port-Joli, on November 26, 2003, at the age of 84 years and 1 month, passed away Mr. Lucien St-Pierre, husband of Mrs. Lucienne Deschênes. He lived in St-Jean-Port-Joli. He joins his parents Eva Gamache and Louis St-Pierre as well as his brothers and sisters who preceded him: Donat, Léopold, Gérard, Jean-Léon, Armand, Henri, Cécile, Thérèse, Marie-Louise and Rose-Alma. He leaves to mourn, in addition to his wife Lucienne, his children: Jean-Yves (Hélène St-Pierre), Serge, Lise, Réjean (Micheline Gagnon), Denis (Marie Lévesque), Martine (Normand Gaudreau), Clément, Hélène ( Sylvain Desrosiers), Alain (Marianne Bourgault); his 18 grandchildren; his brother Raymond (Gilberte Picard); his sisters: Jeanne-D'Arc (Roland Legros), Marie (late Wellie Fortin), Marthe (Bertrand Masson); his sisters-in-law: Léa Deschênes, Jeanne-D'Arc Ouellet, Thérèse Deschênes, Jacqueline Daigle, Pierrette Morin; his sisters-in-law and brother-in-law from the Deschênes family: Eliane (late Paul-André Caron), Marie Chiasson (late Clément), Cécile Michaud (late Joseph), Rosaire (Rita St-Onge); as well as several nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The members of his family will welcome you at the funeral home De la Durantaye & Fils 4, ch. du Roy Ouest, St-Jean-Port-Joli Friday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday day of the funeral starting at 9:30 a.m. The religious service will be celebrated on Saturday, November 29 at 11 a.m. in the church of St-Jean-Port-Joli, followed by burial in the parish cemetery.
