  [S5] Obituary. Obituary published in the Springfield Daily News, Wednesday, Feb. 29, 1956, page 2; Mrs. David Bedard Mrs. Rose A. (Gamache) Bedard, 51, of 64 Joseph St., died this morning at the Ring Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born in this city, the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Annie (Jodoin) Gamache, and had been a life long resident here. Besides her husband, David Bedard, she is survived by a son, Charles Bedard of Indian Orchard; a daughter, Dorothy Bedard at home; three brothers, Edgar and Victor Gamache, both of Ludlow, and Joseph Hector Gamache of West Springfield; five sisters, Mrs. Bella Terzi, of West Springfield, Mrs. Leona Terzi, Mrs. Ovelina Fortier and Mrs. Rita Stone all of this city, and Mrs. Emelda Lanning of Gary, Ind., and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 8 at the Ratell Funeral Home, Indian Orchard, with a solemn requiem high mass in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Springfield at 9. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday and Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.
