Ralph "Red" Beaudry
Loving Fiancee, Brother and Uncle
Ralph R. Beaudry 68, died unexpectedly due to complications from cardiac arrest at Lowell General Hospital on July 27, 2018 surrounded by the peace and comfort of his beloved fiancée, Lise (Achin) Pelletier and family members. He was a wonderful, kind, loving and genuine down to earth person that will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His loud battle-cry yell (Day-O) from the Banana Boat song will live in infamy.
Ralph was born in Lowell, MA on his parents wedding anniversary, December 2, 1949, to the late Henry and Beatrice (Lussier) Beaudry. In addition to his fiancée Lise, he is survived by his brother Raymond Beaudry and sister Therese Landry of Dracut, MA, his sister-in-law's, Elizabeth Beaudry of Tilton, NH, Celine Beaudry of Dracut, Gloria Beaudry of Sunapee, NH, and Sharon Beaudry of Lowell. His godchildren Keith Beaudry of Nashua, NH and Brielle Beaudry of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. In addition, he is survived by his fiancée's children; Matthew Pelletier and his wife Debora of Dracut, MA, Marc Pelletier and his fiancée Isabel Pender of Dracut, grandchildren, Cole, Meah and Liviya, her sisters Laurice and Melanie Achin, and her brother Paul Achin. His face and heart would light-up with joy when the grandchildren called him Stepere. Also, leaves many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Ralph attended and was a graduate of both Ste. Jeanne D'arc School and Lowell Trade School. Prior to his retirement, Ralph was employed for over 25 years by Carpenters Local Union 327 as a framer and finished carpenter. He was an active member of the Social Club of Pawtucketville. He enjoyed spending time with his fiancée and her family, attending family barbecues, playing his weekly lottery tickets, watching his beloved Red Sox and Patriots and his annual vacation to The NASWA Resort with Lise at Lake Winnipesaukee where they relaxed and imbibed in a few cold ones by the water.
Family members would like to extend a sincere thanks to the LGH Heart and Vascular Center and ICU Unit Staff for the excellent and professional care provided; as well as to our nephew, Hank Beaudry for his informative knowledge and guidance during Ralph's final moments. Ralph was predeceased in death by his brothers, Emile, Henry, Normand, Robert and Roland.
BEAUDRY - Per Ralph's wishes calling hours have been omitted. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at the Princeton Station, 147 Princeton St., North Chelmsford from 4 to 7 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ralph may be made to The American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the ARCHAMBAULT FUNERAL HOME.
