Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather and Brother
LOWELL - Roland J. Beaudry, 73, of Lowell, Massachusetts, died unexpectedly on December 21, surrounded in the peace and comfort of his loved ones. His life was spent enjoying the loves of his life, wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandson. He was a wonderful, kind, loving, funny and genuine down to earth man with a giving heart who would help anyone in need. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Roland was born in Lowell, MA, on October 1,1944, to the late Henry and Beatrice (Lussier) Beaudry and attended Lowell schools. He was the husband of 40 years to Sharon (Denault). In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his children Brian Beaudry of Beverly; Kenny Beaudry of Dracut; Keith Beaudry and his wife Michelle of Nashua, NH; Shaun Beaudry of Derry, NH; his daughter Michelle MacAulay and her companion Joseph Femia of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren Amber, Caitlyn, Chloe, Kailee, Christian, Michael; greatgrandson Brayden; as well as many friends. He is also survived by his brothers Raymond Beaudry of Dracut, MA; Ralph Beaudry of Lowell, MA; his sister Therese Landry of Dracut, MA; sisters-In-law Elizabeth Beaudry of Tilton, NH; Gloria Beaudry of Newbury, NH and Celine Beaudry of Dracut, MA. Also leaves many cousins, nephews and nieces. Prior to illness, he was owner and operator of Roland's Auto Sales & Repair. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching western reruns, fishing, hunting, camping, going to the lake, watching his beloved Red Sox and Patriots. In his earlier days, enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle. He was pre-deceased in death by his brothers Henry, Normand and Robert and his in-laws Victor and Kathryn Denault.
BEAUDRY - Relatives and friends are invited to Roland's Life Celebration on Wednesday, from 4 until 8 PM, at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street. A Prayer Service will be offered at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, Virginia.
