  Died: Martin R. "Marty" Booska, 68, Oakland, died at his home on Feb. 25, 2008, following a long illness. Born on June 7, 1939, in Bristol, Vt., he was the son of the late Carl E. and Alexina (Gebo) Booska. He was a consultant in the nuclear power industry having worked for Curtiss-Wright in its Scientech division. He is survived by his wife, Shelley (Cuffley) Booska; and three sons. At his request, his body was cremated.
