Caitlin Smyth died in a Dripping Springs, Texas car accident. Ricky Williams and Kyle Alba died in the crash as well. The unfortunate incident took place on May 8, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.
According to reports, Smyth was driving a vehicle on Highway 290 with Williams and Alba as passengers. Reports indicate that for an unknown reason Smyth lost control of the vehicle and drove into the path of other vehicles. Another car that was driving in the opposite direction crashed into the back of Smyth?s vehicle. There was a total of five people that died including Williams, Smyth, and Alba. Two occupants were also hurt in the accident. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of Smyth, Williams, and Alba. We also hope that those injured make a speedy recovery.

- Kyle Lee Alba Buddy, 25, of Dripping Springs passed away May 8, 2016 in Dripping Springs, Texas. He was born August 24, 1990 in Austin, Texas and grew up in Dripping Springs.
Buddy always loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. More than anything else, he loved his son and being a Daddy. He loved spending time with his son, Trenton, and teaching him all about cars. He was very close with his twin, Kiley, and will always share that special bond with her.
Kyle was loved by everyone who knew him. His beautiful smile and unique laugh would light up a room. He will be missed dearly by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
Kyle was preceded in death by his grandparents, Victoriano Carolina Albs, Sr,Bud Gamache and Jerry Clark.
He is survived by his son, Trenton Lee Alba, and Trentons mother, Brittany Smyth; his father, Nieves Alba; his mother, Becky Whited, and her husband, Cody; his twin sister, Kiley Lira, and her husband, John; 2 sisters, Shasta Alba, and her husband, Johnny, and Katie Alba; 2 brothers, Jobe Falcon and Angel Martinez; step brothers, Keenan and Micah Whited; his grandfather, Garry Clark; along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 3:00 PM on Friday, May 13, 2016, at Harrell Funeral Home, 1715 Kirby Lane, Kyle, Texas.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate Kyles life at 3:00 PM Friday at Harrell Funeral Home, Kyle, Texas.
