Died:
- Kenneth A. Reinhardt ?Bubba?, age 83, died peacefully in the early morning hours of September 23, 2022. He was born February 17, 1939, to the late Donald and Mary Reinhardt.
As a teenager, Bubba worked hard on farms in the Town of Neenah. In 1965, he joined the National Guard until 1969. After that he got a job at Menasha Corporation where he worked for 40 years.
Bubba was very active in Local 201, as well as the AFL-CIO Conservation Committee.
Bubba was a kind, smart, funny and trusting man who loved the Lord, his family and his church. He had a heart of gold. It is rare to find someone with such a generous spirit as Bubba had. He had a great love for gardening. His greatest joy was his grandson, Jacob, and working in the garden with him. He also enjoyed going camping every summer at Evergreen in Wild Rose. Along with gardening, Bubba had a love of tractors and an impressive knowledge of history. His proudest moments involved time spent with family. One moment especially was baking and frosting Christmas cookies every year.
Life will definitely not be the same. Bubba will be so greatly missed. The stories he would tell, his laugh, love and sense of humor will be cherished forever.
Bubba is survived by his sweetie of 25 years, Anita Neubauer; his children: Tanya Neubauer, Shane Neubauer and Ken Neubauer; grandchildren: Jacob, Greyson, Wesley, Piper, Ashley and Ethan. Also survived by his best friend, Marley, and the ?little dog?, Sami. He is further survived by nieces and nephews.
Bubba was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Reinhardt; and a sister, Lynn Goudreau.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 N. Commercial St., Neenah, with Re. Amy Engebose officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. Full military honors with the Neenah Menasha Veterans Honor Guard will follow. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
?It broke our hearts to lose you but, you didn?t go alone. Part of us went with you the day God called you home.?
