Lillian Marie Rein, 79, of Yorkville, IL, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at her home. She was born May 12, 1925 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Edward and Julia (Keska) Kinzie. Lillian was united in marriage on June 15, 1946 in Chicago, IL to Mr. Joseph Charles Rein and they spent the next 57 happy years together. She retired from the Bank of Yorkville after working as a bank clerk for many years. Mrs. Rein enjoyed baking holiday cookies at Christmas time which she loved to share with her family and many friends. Her love of family showed through in everything she did. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Charles Rein of Yorkville, IL; her three children, Barbara (Silvio) Sucich of Newark, IL, Thomas (Diane) Rein of Watseka, IL and Daniel (Debbie) Rein of Des Moines, IA; her six grandchildren, Katherine (Michael) Pazur of Hoffman Estates, IL; Michele Sucich of Palatine, IL, Heather Garrison of GA, and Garret, Trina and Jeannine Rein all of Watseka, IL; one great granddaughter, Audrey Pazur of Hoffman Estates; her sister, Alice Gamache of Matteson, IL; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her granddaughter, Lynn Sucich in 1988 and her sister, Victorine Hedstrom. Funeral services for Mrs. Rein will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy, Yorkville, IL with Fr. Boniface Vaisnoras, M.I.C. officiating. Interment will follow in the Pavillion Cemetery in Yorkville, IL. Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2004 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral HOme, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy, Yorkville, IL. Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Homes.
