Died:
- Gaynell Tucker Gaynell Tucker, 87, of Pittsburg, TX died Tuesday, July 25, 2006, in McAlester. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Blackburn-Shaw Memorial Chapel in Amarillo, Texas with the Rev. James Burns officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Amarillo under the direction of Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Home. Local arrangements are by Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester. Born March 17, 1919, in Wister, she was the daughter of George and Jodie Phene Barnes Burnett. She married Pat Tucker on Aug. 9, 1937, in Wilburton, and they lived there 12 years before moving to Amarillo. She was a homemaker and member of the Full Gospel Church in Amarillo. She lived there for 37 years until 1995, at which time she moved to Pittsburg. She was a member of the Indian Mission Full Gospel Church. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Ramon Monta, of Pittsburg, and Diann and Mike Gamache, Charlotte, N.C. Also, two grandsons and spouses, Joe and Tina Francis, Amarillo, Texas, and Jason and Rene Gamache, Charlotte, N.C. And, two granddaughters and spouses, Lisa and Rod Cathey, Amarillo, Texas, and Kristin and Chris Williams, Charlotte, N.C. And, eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Luvena and John Labor, of McCurtain, and Youil ?Skeet? and Loyce ?Peachey? Labor, of Pittsburg. Pallbearers will be Leo Jack, Dwain Jack, Joe Francis, Jason Gamache, Rod Cathey and Cory Francis. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Jodie Burnett; her husband, Pat Tucker in 1985; her grandson, Mark Dwain Francis; three brothers, and four sisters.
