Alan J. McDonald
MANCHESTER - Alan J. McDonald, 47, of Manchester, died Nov. 10, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He graduated from Manchester Memorial High School in 1982, where he was the captain of the football team during his freshman year. Alan was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and going to the races.
He was a self-employed remodeling contractor.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jean and Thomas Gugliotta.
He leaves behind his sisters Linda Lambert and Leona Gamache of Manchester, Leslie McDonald of Hampton; brothers Albert of Allenstown, and twin brother Andre of Bedford; also his half-siblings, Joseph, Thomas and Mark Gugliotta and Margaret and Jeanne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Alan will be forever remembered as a loyal and loving brother and a true friend to those he associated with.
SERVICES: There will be a private memorial service for the immediate family. Alan's family wishes to send a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all who loved and believed in him. Memorial donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society , Northern New England Region, 2 Commerce Drive, Suite 110, Bedford, 03110. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cremation Society of N.H., 243 Hanover St., Manchester.www.csnh.com
