Marie Desneiges Fortin Laroche
1922 - 2022 (99 years old)
Sainte-Foy, Quebec
It is with sadness that we announce the death of Mrs. Marie Desneiges Fortin Laroche at the Child Jesus Hospital, Monday, November 7, 2022 at the age of 99 years and 10 months. She went to join her husband Mr. Louis Marie Laroche. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Fortin and the late Alice Gamache. She was a native of Saint-Damase de L'Islet and lived in Sainte-Foy for over 70 years. She is survived by her children: Jacques (Carole Lefebvre), Pierre (Nancy Plourde), Céline (late Claude Thibault, late Michel Lapointe, Roger Gauthier), René (late Brigitte Bradet, Monique Bolduc), Alain (Diane Hervieux), Ginette (Claude Mainguy), Louis (Diane Bourdages); her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brothers and sisters: late Raymond (late Thérèse Morneau), late Gisèle (late Raymond Lessard), late Georges (late Denise Berthiaume), late Anita (late Gustave Lessard), Raynald (late Georgette Grenier, Thérèse Gagné), late Joseph (late Louisette Blais), late Pauline (late Pierre-Paul Alain (Diane Tardif)), late Denis (Jeannine Alcaraz); his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law as well as the members of the Laroche family: late Sister Marie-Ange, late Adrienne (late Philibert Hémond), late Pamphile, late Honorius (late Lucille Perry), late Gabrielle; his in-laws: late Jean-Baptiste Laroche and late Maria Blais; as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Her departure will leave a great void and beautiful memories in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
The family would like to thank their friends and the staff of the Roseraie for the wonderful years spent at this residence.
