Gilles Tremblay We regret to announce the death of Gilles Tremblay on Sunday April 15 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his wife Jeannine of Opasatika, his children, Jacqueline Desgroseilliers of Kapuskasing, Suzanne Ouellette wife of Denis of Smooth Rock Falls, Gaston husband of Linda of Opasatika and Guylaine Côté wife of Paul de Hearst, five brothers, Lucien husband of Gilberte, Daniel husband of Louisianne from Opasatika, Bill husband of Margot from Florida, Fernand husband of Diane from Kapuskasing and Gaëtan husband of Louise from Thunder Bay, two sisters, France Gamache from Opasatika and Gilberte Lamontagne wife of Laurent from Kapuskasing, as well as nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Guy and Paul-Henri, two sisters, Éliane Larocque and Lina Martel. Gilles Tremblay will rest at Guenette Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The Eucharistic celebration will take place on Thursday, April 19 in the St-Antoine-de-Padoue church at 11 a.m. with Father Gérald Chalifoux as celebrant.
