Albert Sr. Plouffe 1933 - 2014 Passed away peacefully at Montfort Hospital on May 22, 2014, at the age of 81. He was the son of the late Vital Plouffe and the late Clarilda Choquette. He was the beloved husband of the late Claire Osborne. He is survived by his children: Monique (Richard Gauthier), Albert, Claude (Shirley Malette), Marc (Lise Gamache) and Carole, his ten grandchildren, his 25 great-grandchildren, his sisters: Lucille (late Henri) Facette and Jeannine (late Gil) Walton, as well as several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends. He is predeceased by his sons: Eugène and Robert, five brothers and one sister. The memorial service will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 10:30 a.m., in the chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier located at 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The family will receive condolences beginning at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Montfort Hospital would be appreciated.
