Pelletier, Louis-Nazaire 1938 - 2017 At the CHSLD of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, on June 16, 2017, passed away at the age of 78 years and 7 months, Mr. Louis-Nazaire Pelletier, husband of Lady Aurélia Chouinard. He was the son of the late Mr. Wilfrid Pelletier and the late Lady Alice Gamache. He lived in Saint-Damase, L'Islet. Family members will welcome relatives and friends to receive condolences at Résidence funéraire Marius Pelletier 75, Ave de Gaspé Est Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Qc, G0R 3G0 on Saturday, June 24 from 11 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. The religious service will be celebrated on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the church of Saint-Damase and will be followed by burial in the parish cemetery. He is survived by his beloved wife Aurélia, his children: Marie-France (Donald Roy), Caroline (Gino Fortin), his grandchildren: Jason (Andréanne), Alysson (Billy), Maude, Audrey-Anne and Justine; his brother Marcellin (Jeannine Otis), his sisters-in-law Rose Lord (late Denis Pelletier) and Stella Cloutier (late André Pelletier). He was also the brother of: late Marcelle (late Charles Gosselin), late Marguerite (late Amos Glode), late Gemma (late Patrick Pelletier), late Thérèse (late Lionel Duguay), late Lucie (late Edouard Guillot), late Jean- Married. He also leaves to mourn his brothers-in-law and his sisters-in-law of the Chouinard family: Thérèse (Serge Mihelic), Cécile (Clément Gallant), Marie-Jeanne, Jean-Marie (late Jeannette Thériault, Gisèle Morin), Arthur, Benoit (Claudette Guimont). Also affected by his departure are several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family warmly thanks Dr. Jacques Rivest, the CLSC home care staff and the Saint-Jean-Port-Joli residential center for their dedication, support and good care.
