Son of Hubert Perras and Minnie (Gamache) Perras; married to Alice M. Frank. Republican. Served in the U.S. Army during World War II; hotel owner; delegate to Michigan state constitutional convention from Menominee District, 1961-62; member of Michigan state house of representatives from Menominee District, 1963-64; defeated, 1960 (Menominee District), 1964 (109th District). Catholic. Member, American Legion; Veterans of Foreign Wars; Knights of Columbus. Died in 1975 (age about 60 years). Burial location unknown.
