Parent, Jean-Louis 1934-2021 At the CHU - Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus, on December 2, 2021, at the age of 87 years and 7 months, passed away Mr. Jean-Louis Parent, husband of the late Mrs. Doris Vézina, son of the late Mrs. Juliette Gagnon and the late Mr. Lucien Parent. He lived in Quebec, Beauport sector. Due to the current situation of COVID-19 and the limited number of people, as imposed by Public Health, a Liturgy of the Word will take place in complete privacy by invitation only. The ashes will be placed in the St-Charles Mausoleum Marie-de-l'Incarnation Cemetery. He is survived by his son Claude (Martine Madore), his daughter Sylvie (Richard Gamache); his grandchildren: Jessie, Tom (Audrey-Ann Proulx), Dany (Marie-Pier Drouin-Lachance), and Keven; his great-grandchildren Mila, Sam and Anna; his brothers and sisters: Jeannine (late JG Bouchard), Noëlla (late Roland Poirier), Huguette (Pierre Poirier), Ghislaine (late Guy Audet), late Gilles (Jeanne-D'Arc Latulippe) and Jacques; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Monique (late Roger Binet), Rachel, late Michel (Lise Simard); as well as many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He went to join, in addition to his wife, his parents, his brother Gilles as well as his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Henri-Lucille Girard), Liliane (Eudore Touzel) and Denise (Réjean Cook). The family sincerely thanks the palliative care staff at the Enfant-Jésus Hospital for the good care.
