At the Jeffery Hale Hospital in Quebec, on April 20, 2022, passed away at the age of 38 years and 11 months, Mr. Philippe Gamache
spouse of Lady Claudia Beaudoin. He was the son of Mr. Claudel Gamache and Mrs. Diane Dubé.
He lived in Quebec and was a native of La Pocatière, Kamouraska.
A Celebration of the Word will be celebrated in privacy in the presence of immediate family members, on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.,
in the Chapel of the Complexe funéraire Marius Pelletier, 409, 9e Rue La Pocatière, QC G0R 1Z0
and from there the ashes will be deposited in the columbarium.
He is survived by his wife Claudia, his daughter Liana,
his parents Claudel and Diane,
his brothers David (Catherine Rousseau)
and Pascal,
his nephew Nathan,
his niece Marilou;
his in-laws
Jean-Claude Beaudoin and Josée Bergeron,
his sister-in-law Josianne (Philippe Duclos)
and his nephew Gabriel.
Her uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends are also affected by her departure.
The family would like to thank the members of the CLSC de Sainte-Foy caregivers and those of the Jeffery Hale Hospital
for their support, their dedication and the good care provided.
