Neveu, 88 of Nashua died Saturday Oct. 1, 2005 at Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare after a long illness. She was born in Nashua on September 3, 1917 a daughter of the late Evangelist & Ernestine (Rochette) Neveu. She was a resident of Vine St. in Nashua for over 60 years, before moving to Merrimack full time in 1987. Miss Neveu was a communicant of St. Louis de Gonzague Church. Before retirement, she was employed at Sprague Electric in Nashua. She is pre-deceased by three brothers, Br. Edgar (Lionel) Neveu, Roger Neveu, and Edgar Neveu, four sisters, Sr. Cecile Neveu, Theresa Payeur, Rita Blouin, and Jeanne D?Arc Gamache. Members of her family include a brother, Br. Roger (Sylvio) Neveu, of Nashua, a sister, Sr. Estelle Neveu of Nashua, a niece Denise & her husband Murray Collette of Merrimack, a special friend Sr. Claudette Gagnon of Nashua, and several other nieces and nephews.Calling hours will be held at the George R. Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack Tuesday from 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. John Neumann Church, Rte 101A, So. Merrimack, Wed at 10 AM. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. John Neumann Food Pantry.
