At the Myosotis Unit in Sorel-Tracy, on December 21, 2001, at the age of 63, passed away Mrs. Claire Melançon, wife of Denis Rivard, residing on rue Des Cèdres in Contrecoeur. She leaves to mourn, in addition to her husband, her children: André (Claudette Jeannotte) and Céline (Claude Paquin); two grandchildren: Jean-Christopher and Sarah-Alexandra; his brothers and sisters: late Maurice (late Hélène Blais), Monique (Everett Hamel), Roger (Claude Gamache), Rita (Georges Gagnon), Gisèle (Jacques De La Roche), Denise, Gilles (Jessica OrNelas), Claude (Beverley Anne Balsdon), Réal (Aline Lantin), Hélène (Jocelyn Letellier) and Louise; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law from the Rivard family: late Marcel, late Léo-Paul (late Jacqueline Hébert), Pauline (late Jacques Dostaler), Louiselle (Réjeanne Boisvert), Réal (Pierrette Bédard), Gaston (Rollande Boisvert) and Jean-Guy (Marie Montminy); his nephews and nieces, as well as several other relatives and friends. The funeral took place on Monday, December 24, 2001, at 11 a.m., in the Sainte-Trinité church in Contrecoeur, followed by cremation. Funeral direction: S.
