Rosevear, Rhea (née Leduc) - (1925 - 2016) Passed away peacefully at the Golden Manor on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at age 91 years. She is survived by her stepsisters Rejeanne Blanchette (Armand) of Timmins, Berthe Daoust (Ronald) of Burlington and Gisele Anderson of Welland her stepbrothers Ronald Leduc of Timmins, Robert Leduc (Claudette) of Welland and Michel Leduc of Welland. Also left to mourn are her niece and nephew Mona and Richard Leblond of Timmins. Fondly remembered by the Saumure family, the Benson boys and Rosevear families, many nieces and nephews and cousins of which there are too many to mention. Predeceased by her parents Wilfrid and Valeda Leduc, her stepmother Bertha Leduc, husband Edwin Rosevear (1992), sister Lucille Clement, brother Germain Leduc, stepsister Pauline Gamache, stepbrothers Roger, Gerard, Rejean and Leo Leduc, brothers-in-law Edgar Clement and Rheal Gamache and sisters-in-law Georgette and Laurette Leduc. Aunt Rhea lived a full and happy life. Her joy was to be surrounded by family and friends while dancing and singing and doing a little two-step. She especially enjoyed spending time with all of the children she cared for during her babysitting years in Hearst. She found great pleasure in sewing, cooking, baking and knitting for others and let's not forget her passion for playing bingo and playing nevada tickets. Anyone who knew Rhea will remember her for her friendly smile, her kind nature and her love for children. The family would like to acknowledge and thank the staff and nurses at the Golden Manor for the devoted care given to Rhea. A special mention to Dr. Ed. Smith (retired) and Dr. Julie Auger. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home. (Details will be announced prior.)
