LAURIN, Camille 1922 - 1999 At his home in Vaudreuil-Dorion, lovingly surrounded by his family, and following a hard fight against a double cancer of the liver and the lymphatic system, our Camille passed away on Thursday, March 11, 1999. He leaves in mourning his wife Francine Castonguay, his two daughters Marie-Pascale and Maryse, her husband Martial Pagé and his two grandchildren Frédérik and Mireille-Maude. He also leaves to mourn Catherine O'Reilly and Dominique Castonguay, daughters of Francine, as well as little Arnaud. Also mourn him are his sisters Éliane, Gabrielle, Renée (Lucien Bonenfant), Laurette (Jean-Paul Gamache), Lucie (Michel Bérard), Louise (Claude Fortin), his brothers Marc (Lise Goudreault) and Pierre (Louise Baribeau), his sisters-in-law Françoise Rivest and Denise Sénécal, as well as his brother-in-law Pierre Castonguay and many nephews and nieces. The remains will be exhibited at Maison TRESTLER 85 chemin de la Commune Vaudreuil-Dorion on Sunday and Monday, March 14 and 15. The funeral will be held at the Very Holy Trinity Church of Dorion, 145 rue St-Charles, on Tuesday, March 16. Donations may also be sent to the Refuge des Jeunes de Montréal, 3767 rue Berri, Montreal. The organization welcomes young homeless people and its mission was dear to Dr. Laurin. The family would like to thank the nurses of the CLSC La Presqu'Île, the team of the hematology-onco department of Doctor Jacques Laplante of the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur as well as that of Doctor Gérald Batist of the Jewish General Hospital for their excellent care. A special thank you to Dr. Jérôme Caron of the Dorion Medical Clinic.
