Sylvia Elaine Moreau, 62, of 48 Underhill St., Nashua, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 1998, at her home. Mrs. Moreau worked as a unit secretary for Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua for more than 30 years. She was a communicant of Infant Jesus Church. Mrs. Moreau was also a member of the Ladies of St. Anne at Infant Jesus Church. She attended the Presentation of Mary Academy in Hudson. Mrs. Moreau was born in Nashua on May 23, 1936, daughter of the late Sylvio and Mamie (Pineau) Landry. She was a lifelong resident of Nashua. Survivors include her husband, Ralph Robert Moreau of Nashua, whom she married July 4, 1955; three sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Diane Moreau of Nashua, Michael and Christine Moreau of Watauga, Texas, and John and Joyce Moreau of Derry; two daughters and a son-in-law, Lorraine LeFavor and Amy and Stephen Lavoie, all of Nashua; a sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Leo Gamache of Nashua; a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Cynthia Landry of Nashua; 10 grandchildren, Adam and Justin LeFavor, Sean Richards, Jonathan and Christopher Morgan; Emily, Matthew and Brittany Moreau; and Melanie and Joshua Dodge. The St. Laurent Funeral Home in Nashua is in charge of arrangements.
