LAMONTAGNE, MARCEL J., SR., 83, of Burton St., died Saturday at home.Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Joseph and Delia (Garceau) Lamontagne.Mr. Lamontagne served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII and was a supervisor for Electric Boat in Groton, CT, before retiring.Father of Annette Healey and his friend Susan Graham, both with whom he resided, Marcella Lamontagne, Carol Lamontagne, Marcel Lamontagne, Jr., Michelle Gamache, Marie Lebon, Gayle Vasquez, Donna Lemieux, and David Lamontagne. Brother of Ted Lamontagne, Florence Cournoyer, Sandra Gouin, and the late Emile Lamontagne and Theresa Dumis. Grandfather of 18. Great-grandfather of 18. Husband of Loretta (Moeller) Lamontagne.Visitation Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Funeral Wednesday at 8 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Ave., Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.
