Gisèle Couturier - January 16, 2018 - Edmundston, NB Gisèle Couturier At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, on January 16, 2018, at the age of 85, passed away surrounded by the love of her family, Mrs. Gisèle Lajoie, residing in Edmundston, wife of the late Mr. Roland Couturier. She leaves in pain but also with wonderful memories, her two sons: André (Françoise Desjardins) of St-André, and Charles (Lise Hébert) of Grand-Sault, her five love grandchildren: Philip Couturier (Nico Gagnon ), Édith Couturier (Jonathan Gauvin), Patrick Couturier, Annie Hébert-Couturier and Xavier Hébert-Couturier, her sisters: Germaine (Late Ronald Campagna) of Edmundston, and Marie-Mai (Raymond Gamache) of St-Basile, as well as several nephews and nieces. She now rests with her husband, her parents: Mr. Élude Lajoie and Mrs. Olive Levesque, and her sisters: Marthe, Corinne, Lorraine and Isabelle. A Word Celebration will be held on Friday, January 19, 2018, at 4 p.m. at the Bellavance Funeral Home with interment in the Immaculée-Conception Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Gisèle Couturier will receive relatives and friends from 2 p.m. Friday at the Bellavance Funeral Home at 153 Canada Road in Edmundston. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. Ms. Gisèle was employed at Sobeys in Edmundston for over 25 years.
