The loss of a mother is the first sorrow we mourn without her. At the Maison Michel Sarrazin, on January 20, 2007, at the age of 79 years and 3 months, passed away Mrs. Monique Hamel, wife of the late Gaston Daigle, daughter of the late Mr. Alfred Hamel and the late Mrs. Alice Robitaille. She lived in Quebec. According to her wishes, she will not be exposed. The family will receive condolences one hour before the ceremony. A liturgy of the Word will be pronounced at the chapel of the Saint-Charles cemetery, 1460, boul. Hamel, Quebec at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2007 and thence to Saint-Charles Cemetery, 1460, boul. Hamel, Quebec. She is survived by her children: Jocelyne (Carol Morneau), Ginette, Pierre (Linda Sirois), Michèle (Alain Coulombe), Jacques (Lucie Fillion); his grandchildren: Tommy, Cindy, Stéphanie, Samuel, Julien; his brothers, sisters: late Georgette (late Charles-Henri Tremblay), Louisette (Robert Gamache), Madeleine (late Claude Giguère), Jean-Louis (Louise Giguère), André, Robert (Thérèse Garon), Gilles (Louise Lagacé), Yvan (Marie-Jeanne Tremblay), Denise; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Gabrielle Daigle (Laurent Fortier), Françoise Daigle (Denis Jeffrey), Raymond Daigle (Fernande Labranche), Lucille Daigle; several nephews and nieces, cousins ??and cousins, his great friend Ange-Aimée Gaulin; as well as several other friends and all the volunteers of the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes. Thanks to all the staff of the CLSC Courchesne and especially to Marie Michaud, as well as to all the staff of the Maison Michel Sarrazin for the good care provided.
