Survivors include two daughters, Bridget Mumaw of Niles and Marvella Oberg of Bingington, N.Y.; a sister, Anna Hopprich of Ironwood, Mich.; and three brothers, Tom Gamache of Hurley, Wis., Red Gamache of Seattle and Elwood Gamache of Sacramento, Calif.
