At the CHSLD of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, on February 22, 2005, at the age of 77 years and 5 months, passed away Mr. Paul-Émile Godbout, husband of Marie-Paule Duval. He lived in Saint-Omer, county of L'Islet. Mr. Godbout is survived by his wife, his children: Réjeanne (Donat Fortin), Jean-Guy (Pauline Ouellet), Hervé (his friend Jean Beaulieu), Gaétan, Alain, André (Carmen Bourgault), Jacinthe (Roland Chouinard ), Madeleine (Gabriel Anctil), her 13 grandchildren, her 7 great-grandchildren; he was also the father of the late Jocelyne (Claude Dion). He leaves his sister Desneiges (Guy Saucier), his brother Réjean (Céline Bossé), he was the brother of the late Maurice (Laurette Gamache), the late Oliva (Yolande Chassé); son also leaves to mourn his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the Duval family, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, cousins/other relatives and friends. Sincere thanks are addressed to Doctor Jocelyn Migneault, the home care nurses, particularly Ernie McKinnon, and all the nursing staff of the palliative care unit of the CHSLD of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli for their presence. The religious service will be celebrated in the church of Saint-Omer on Saturday February 26, 2005 at 11 a.m., where the members of his family will receive condolences from 10 a.m. The ashes will be placed later in the parish cemetery. Your expressions of sympathy may result in a donation to the health services foundation of the MRC de L'Islet for palliative care.
