Fortin, Richard 1957 - 2018 At the Montmagny Hospital, on January 24, 2018, at the age of 60 years and 10 months, passed away Mr. Richard Fortin, residing in Saint-Aubert de L'Islet. He was the son of the late Dame Lucille Bélanger and the late Monsieur Maxime Fortin. He is survived by his wife Louise Pellerin, his son David Fortin; the children of his wife: Katia Chouinard (Marc-André Pelletier) and Rémy Chouinard; their children whom he considered his grandchildren and whom he adored: Cedrick, William, Bentley, Kyle and Alicia; his brothers and sisters, his brothers-in-law and his sisters-in-law: Michel (Huguette Duval), the late Jocelyne (Herve Robichaud - Gisèle Desrosiers), Jean-Marie (Émilie Pellerin), Alain (Lise Lord), Nicole (Jean-Marc St-Pierre), Réjean (Nadie Lemieux), Jocelyn (Dominique Lizotte) and Daniel Fortin (Annie Caron); of the Pellerin family: Aline (Robert Bourgelas), Jean-Guy (Jacqueline Gamache), Jean-Claude (Odette Fortin), Armand, Gérard (Suzanne Deschênes), René, André (Lise Thériault), Réjean (Jocelyne Lévesque), Sylvain (Line Deschênes) and Lorraine (Robin Gagnon). Also affected by her departure are several nephews and nieces, cousins, other relatives, friends and co-workers of Maisons Laprise. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of the Montmagny Hospital, the CLSC de Saint-Pamphile, especially Francine Fortin and Marie-Claude Lavoie. The religious service will be celebrated on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 14h in the church of Saint-Aubert de L'Islet. His ashes will be deposited in the parish cemetery.
