Avoine, Jean-Claude 1944-2019 At the Saint-Jean-Port-Joli residential center, on May 31, 2019, at the age of 74 years and 8 months, passed away Mr. Jean-Claude Avoine, husband of Mrs. Lise Gamache, residing in L'Islet. Originally from Sainte-Perpétue, he was the son of the late Marie-Anne Pellerin and the late Mr. Laurent Avoine. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son Sylvain (Jeanne Nadeau), his sister Claudette and his niece Nancy; of the Gamache family, he was the brother-in-law of: Francine (Claudel St-Pierre), Marielle (Gilles Beauchesne), Danielle (Marc Bouchard), Germain, Gaétan (Cécile Bonneau) and Sylvie (François Tardif). Her other nephews and nieces, cousins, relatives and friends are also affected by her departure. Sincere thanks are addressed to the staff of the CLSC and Center d'hébergement de St-Jean-Port-Joli, as well as to that of the Hôpital de Montmagny for their dedication and the quality of their care.
