Rita Fortin Tanguay 1932 - 2015 At the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on June 5, 2015, at the age of 82, passed away Mrs. Rita Fortin, wife of Mr. Rodrigue Tanguay, daughter of the late Joseph Fortin and the late Malvina Gamache . She lived in Lévis. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children: Michelle, Danielle, Nicole (Louis Garneau), Hélène (late Daniel Simard), Brigitte, Jean-Pierre, Raymond and Diane (Jean-Yves Guay); his 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; his sisters and sisters-in-law: Raymonde (late Léandre Guay), Lucette (late Bertrand Lemieux), Madeleine Nadeau (late André), Gertrude Tanguay (late Claude Rancourt), Monique Tanguay, Ghislaine Bégin (late André Tanguay) and Lise Desrochers (late Roch Tanguay); as well as several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Sincere thanks to the doctors and staff of the coronary unit at the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis. Your expressions of sympathy may result in a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
