Sr Doria Durning August 31, 1921 - March 23, 2018 - 96 years old At the Mother House of the Sisters of Notre-Dame du St-Rosaire de Rimouski, on Friday March 23, 2018, at the age of 96, Sister Doria Durning ( in religion Marie de St-Pierre-de-Rome) after 78 years of religious life. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Zoël Durning and the late Lady Eugnénie Ouellet of the parish of Val-Brillant. Sister Doria Durning will be on display in the living room of the Mother House on Tuesday, March 27 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday day of the funeral, starting at 9 a.m. The religious service will be celebrated in the community chapel at 300, allée du Rosaire at 10 a.m. Interment will be at the St-Germain Commemorative Gardens in Rimouski. She leaves to mourn, in addition to the members of her religious family, her sister Gratia (Lionel Trudel), as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Georges (late Thérèse Gamache) late Robert, late Hermyle, late Alcide (late Irène Bernier), late Dominique (late Adrienne Gauthier).
