  [S5] Obituary. Claire Blanchard 1921-2008 At the General Hospital of Sorel-Tracy, on August 18, 2008, passed away at the age of 89, Mrs. Claire Blanchard, wife of the late Georges A. Paradis, residing in Sorel-Tracy. She is survived by her children Manon (Christian Gagnon), Denis (Johanne Gamelin) and Carmen (Hervé Gamache), her grandchildren Hugo (Mylène Fournier), Annie, Judith and Benoît (Nancy Théroux), her great-grand- son Frédéric, his brothers and sisters Lucien (late Marie-Claire Bergeron), Pauline (late Oswald Boisjoly), Jacques (Yvette Pelletier), Thérèse (Fernand Sylvestre) and Gaston (late Madeleine Leith), his nephews and nieces from the Blanchard and Paradis as well as many other relatives and friends. Mrs. Blanchard's family will be present at the Mandeville et Mineau salon (80 rue Charlotte) on Friday August 22, 2008 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. to receive your expressions of sympathy. A time of prayers will follow. Burial in the cemetery of Sts-Anges de Sorel. Donations made to the CHSLD du Bas-Richelieu foundation would be greatly appreciated by family members.
