Henri Deschênes 1947-2020 In the palliative care unit of the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on March 16, 2020, at the age of 72 years and 4 months, died Mr. Henri Deschênes, husband of Mrs. Gisèle Bélanger, son of the late Mrs. Marie-Paule Gamache and of the late Mr. Roméo Deschênes. He lived in Lévis, formerly in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. He leaves to mourn, in addition to his wife, his children, their spouses and his grandchildren; his brothers and sisters: Denis (Colette Chouinard), Jean-Guy (Charlotte Dubé), late Paul (Béatrice Dionne), Camil (late Claudette Pelletier), Benoi (Agathe Gaudreau), André (Diane Pelletier), Gilles (Lorraine Thériault) , Roland, Aurèle, Gaétan (Francine Giasson) and Lucie (Marcel Chouinard); his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the Bélanger family: the late Jean-Paul (Lise St-Pierre), the late Clément (Lisette St-Pierre), Benoît, Jacques (Francine Noreau) and Pierre (Suzie Pelletier), as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. Given the current circumstances (Covid-19), a ceremony for a final farewell will be held at the Funeral Cooperative in complete privacy in the presence of his wife, children and grandchildren. The interment of the ashes will take place in the Mont-Marie cemetery. The family would like to convey their most sincere thanks to all the staff at the Center d'accueil St-Joseph de Lévis for their humanity and respect in the care provided.
