Mr. Jean-Claude Dechamplain Mr. Jean-Claude Dechamplain, husband of Mrs. Jeannine Cyr, passed away on July 13, 2014 at the age of 85. He lived in Lac-Humqui. He was the son of the late Mr. Wilfrid Dechamplain and the late Mrs. Graziella Pouliot. Besides his wife, Mr. Dechamplain is survived by his children: Lise (Robert Carrière), Jean-Guy (Nancy Rousseau), Claudine, Bertrand (Céline Migneault), Denis (Michelle Couture), Yves, Renaud (Chantal Doucet), his daughters by marriage: Pauline and Diane Lévesque, his 18 grandchildren: Josée, Julie, Yves, Martin, Isabelle, Simon, Caroline, Philippe, Jonathan, Marc-André, Myriam, Vincent, Sarah-Maude, Ariane, Karl- William, Océane-Léa, Lukas-Esteban, his 9 great-grandchildren: Francis, Karolane, Miky, Alexandre, Samuel, Nicolas, Catherine, Guillaume, Ève, his brothers and sisters: Madeleine, Florence, Roger, Raoul (Marie-Reine Morin), Ghislaine, Victor (Colette Murray), Réjean (Denise Gamache), Colette (Michel Drapeau), Jocelyne (Serge Desrosiers), Nicole (Carlos Morgallon), Joseph-Marie (Johanne Gingras), his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law from the Cyr family as well as many relatives and friends. Preceded him, his son Régis, his son by marriage Francis Lévesque as well as his grandson Mathieu. The family will receive condolences at the Fournier Family Memorial House 110 Avenue Gaétan-Archambault Amqui on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. The commemorative celebration will take place in the Lac-Humqui church on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, the day of the celebration, the Memorial House will open at 9 a.m. Before the commemorative celebration, the cremation will take place at the Crématorium de l'est de Sayabec and Mr. Dechamplain's ashes will be buried in the Lac-Humqui cemetery. Those who wish can send expressions of sympathy or make a donation to the Association du cancer de l'Est du Québec through the hostess at the salon.
