COULOMBE, Anne-Marie - 1921-2009 At the CHUL Veterans Home, on June 10, 2009, at the age of 88, Lady Anne-Marie Coulombe, daughter of the late Mr. Louis Coulombe and the late Lady Juliette Tremblay, passed away. She was the spouse of the late René Archambault. She lived in Quebec. It has been entrusted to the Parc Commemoratif La Souvenance. The religious service will be celebrated on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11 am, in the church, St-François-Xavier, 2180, Boul. Pere-Lelièvre, Quebec G1P 2X3. The family will receive condolences at the church, thirty minutes before the ceremony. Interment will take place in the parish cemetery of Richelieu at a later date. She is survived by her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: the late Adrien Coulombe (Fernande Bélanger), the late Félix Coulombe (Lucia Bélanger), late Pierre-Eugène Coulombe (late Rita Tremblay and Rita Mayer), late Roland Coulombe (late Yolande Fortin), Cécile Coulombe (late Gérard Tremblay), Gérard Coulombe (Thérèse Harvey), Thérèse Coulombe (late Normand Lepage and late Robert Bernard), the late Louis-Joseph Coulombe (Huguette Gamache), as well as several cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. The family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Marie-Claire Banville, her home doctor for many years, for the quality of her care, as well as all the staff at the CLSC Haute-Ville and Des Rivières. All the health professionals of the geriatrics department on the 1st floor of the CHUL, for the exceptional quality interventions provided during his hospitalization. Dr. Christiane Côté and her entire team for all the attention, the dedication and quality of the comfort care provided during his stay and especially during the last moments at the CHUL Veterans Home. A very special thank you goes to Mrs. Marie-Andrée Racine for the quality of her discussions and her interventions, as well as the support provided to the family.
