Valère Côté (1929 - 2015) Mr. Valère Côté, husband of Mrs. Suzanne Veilleux and son of the late Gaudias Côté and the late Alice Ferland. He lived at the Manoir de la Roselière in Notre-Dame-des-Pins and formerly in Saint-Georges. Mr. Côté was the founder of the following manufacturing companies: Les Meubles Beaucerons and Les Produits de Bois Valco in St-Georges, Valco Furniture in Cornwall (Ontario) and Valco Furniture USA in Malone (New York). Also, he was already the owner of Portes Veilleux. The family will receive condolences at the Gérald Cloutier inc. 12525, boulevard Lacroix in Saint-Georges (eastern sector) on Thursday, April 16 in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and in the evening from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. as well as Friday, the day of the funeral, starting at 12:30 p.m. The religious service will be celebrated on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at L'Assomption church and from there to the crematorium of the Chaudière-Appalaches Memorial Park. Mr. Valère Côté is survived by his wife, Mrs. Suzanne Veilleux, his children: Renée (Pierre Lefebvre), late Richard (Lynda Maheu), Marcel (Marie-Josée Gamache), François (Hélène Boisvert) and Isabelle Côté (Richard Cantin ), his grandchildren: Sophie, Alexandre, Marie-Michèle, David and Emilie Côté. He was the brother of the late Patrick, late Cécile, Lucien, Lucienne, late Lionel and Damien Côté. He was the brother-in-law of the late Marie-Claire, Jean-Roch, late Robert, Laurier and Ginette Veilleux. He also leaves to mourn several nephews, nieces, cousins ??and friends.
