Chouinard Cloutier, Mariette 1933 - 2017 At the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on April 3, 2017, at the age of 83 years and 7 months, lady Mariette Chouinard, wife of the late Mr. Paul-Aimé Cloutier, passed away. Daughter of the late Dame Olivine Boulet and the late Mr. Émilien Chouinard. She lived in Lévis, formerly of Sainte-Perpétue de L'Islet. She is survived by her children: France (Réjean Carrier), Danielle, Jean-Nil (Julie Fortin), Estelle (Sylvain Duval), Marielle and Régis (Nancy Lizotte). She also leaves to mourn her eleven grandchildren: Andréanne, Ludovick, Jean-Bernard, René-Pierre, Alexandre, Sandrine, Raphaëlle, Marie-Anne, Victor, Édouard, Thomas, as well as their spouse and his two great-grandchildren: Benjamin and Magalie. She was the sister of: late Jeannine (late Ludovic Lizotte), late Jean-Guy (late Gisèle Gamache), Carmen (late Gaston Bélanger), Suzanne (late Donat Robichaud), Léandre (late Cécile Tremblay; Mariette Paquin), Alma (Bruno Bérubé), late Charles (Paulette Dubreuil). From the Cloutier family, she was the sister-in-law of: Émélie (late Alfred Avoine), late Gérard (late Thérèse Bélanger, late Bernadette Deschênes), late Servule (late Aurore Avoine), late Ferdinand (Georgette Milliard), late Sister Berthe , Patrick (Cécile Bonneau), late Sister Lucille. Also affected by his departure are many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Thanks are addressed to the nursing staff of the palliative care services of the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis for their presence and their dedication.
