CHOUINARD, Hervé 1957-2012 At the Montmagny Hospital, on April 3, 2012, at the age of 54, Mr. Hervé Chouinard passed away, son of the late Dame Raymonde Daigle and of the late Mr. Philippe Chouinard. He lived in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. He was the brother of: late Richard (Claire Morin), Nicole (Eddy Gamache), Michel, Claudette (Daniel Pelletier), Gaétan (Maryse Duval), Line, André (Suzie Desrosiers). He also leaves to mourn his nephew and his nieces: Jean-Philippe and Caroline Gamache, Marlène Bernier, Audrey Chouinard; his uncles and aunts, his cousins ??and cousins, other relatives and friends. There will be no meeting in the living room, nor religious service. In his memory, there will be a prayer on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., during the interment of his ashes in the parish cemetery ?Under the Stars?.
