Fernand Bourgoin 1929 - 2015 At the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on December 6, 2015, at the age of 86, passed away Mr. Fernand Bourgoin, husband of the late Viviane Julien. He lived in Lévis (Lauzon sector). The family will receive condolences at Résidence funéraire Pierre Blais inc 239, St-Joseph, Lévis on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 7 to 9:30 p.m., Friday from 12 p.m. The religious service will be celebrated on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the St-Joseph de Lauzon church. He is survived by his children: Gaétan (Suzanne Gamache), Denis (Diane Rivard), Mireille (Jean Lapointe), Line (Serge Croteau), Linda (Denis Matte), his grandchildren: Julie Bourgoin, Annick Bourgoin, Daniel Gamache, Marie-Claude Bourgoin, Eric Bourgoin, Jessica Croteau, Dominic Matte, Karine Croteau, Alexandre Matte, and their spouse; his great-grandchildren: Ludavick Royer, Olivier St-Hilaire, Danaelle Royer, Jérémy Gamache, Tommy Gamache, William St-Hilaire, Jacob St-Hilaire, Nahée Cloutier, Solia Cloutier, Zoick Cloutier, Gabrielle Bourgoin and two great-grandchildren - unborn children, his sister Jovette Bourgoin (late Fernand Blanchard); as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, cousins ??and friends. He also leaves to mourn his brother Knights of Council 10650 of Lauzon as well as the Sir Knights of the Assembly Louis-Nazaire Bégin. The family would like to thank the management and staff of the Mgr Bourget residence, the nursing staff of the short-term geriatric department of the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis for the good care provided to our father.
