France Bernier Place of birth: Drummondville, Quebec, Canada Date of birth: May 15, 1953 Place of death: Drummondville, Quebec, Canada Date of death: July 27, 2021 At her residence, on July 27, 2021 surrounded by her family, died at age of 68, Mrs. France Bernier, wife of Mr. René Laprade, daughter of the late Georges-Étienne Bernier and of the late Maria Gamache, domiciled in Drummondville. Madame Bernier will rest at the JN Donais funeral complex, 2625, boul. Lemire, Drummondville, Thursday August 5, 2021 from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. as well as Friday August 6 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to receive your expressions of sympathy. Given the current circumstances and in accordance with the instructions of the Director of Public Health, a maximum number of 50 people in rotation in the living room is allowed and wearing a mask remains compulsory. Madame Bernier's funeral will be celebrated on Friday, August 6 at 11 a.m. in the Saint-Frédéric Basilica; and beyond to the JN Donais crematorium. Besides her spouse Mr. René Laprade, Ms. Bernier is survived by her children: David (Marylène), Marie (Andy), Guy (Stéphanie), Marc (Roxane), and Antoine Laprade; his grandchildren: Félix, Xavier, Zachary, Olivier, Sophia, Angélique, Judy, Coralie, Océanne, Donnavan, Noah, Evan, Flavie, and Logan; his brothers and sisters: Rita, Gaston, Clément, Hélène, late Claire, Thérèse, Pierre, Suzanne, Monique, Céline, Jeanne, Paul, Jacques and their spouse; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: late Yolande, Micheline, Claudette, Thérèse, late Yves, Diane and their spouse. She also leaves many nephews and nieces, several other relatives and friends. A very special thank you to all the Palliative Care staff at CLSC Drummond for their kindness and benevolence.
